A targeted approach to your problem areas. Slow, deep pressure used in layers to reach deep into your muscle, facia, and tendons. for acute pain, chronic aches, and scar tissues. Reduces inflammation and you may feel soreness in the days following this session. To get the most out of this technique: Share with us your priority areas, injuries. Let us know if the pressure is too much throughout. Schedule the appropriate timeframe to target all problem areas, or multiple sessions. Before every session: hydrate, cleanse your body, stretch. Consider a series of sessions to thoroughly reach all problem areas adequately.

Cancelation Policy

We request at least 2 hours notice for cancellation or rescheduling to be able to provide refund. A 50% refund will be provided for any cancellations less than 24 hours notice.
